Wayman is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in the industry. He grew up in a family business and learned everything about the industry from his parents, Jason and Rose, the founders of the Company. Wayman brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team, having worked in every aspect of the industry from sourcing quality produce, production line assembly and plant engineering, product design, pricing and developing the network of customers.
Wayman has a deep understanding of the industry, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, freshness, and safety. With more than 40 years of experience, Wayman has built a strong network of contacts throughout the industry, making him an invaluable asset to our company. He is also well known in the trade for providing all feasible produce solutions to our customers. Within the company, Wayman plays his leading role in all sales and operational functions, serving as a produce expert, quality produce buyers, plant engineer, source of customers and finally, a passionate leader.

Bill is an expert in Resource Management, Policy Implementation, Compliance Enforcement, and Realization of New Initiatives, with consistent high-quality output. He had played a pivotal role in the paradigm shift of the company towards a professional organization governed by rules, regulations, procedures, policies, and most importantly, data. As the driving force behind our data-driven decision-making culture, Bill can always provide relevant insights during management meetings, evaluating operational efficiency, productivity, profitability, and ROI for new projects. Bill is a lifelong learner who continuously seeks knowledge, regardless of his numerous certificates, bachelor’s, and master’s degrees. Stanley is a seasoned professional in the fresh-cut produce industry. He brings a unique blend of hands-on experience and deep industry knowledge to our team, having grown up with his family’s produce business.
From a young age, he was immersed in the world of produce, learning the ins and outs of the industry from the ground up. This early exposure fostered a deep understanding of the produce business and a passion for delivering high-quality products to customers.
Stanley has spent more than 40 years in the industry, honing his skills in various roles before stepping into the role of Production Manager. His expertise lies in overseeing the production process, ensuring that our pre-cut produce meets the highest standards of quality, freshness, and safety. Under his leadership, our production team has consistently achieved its targets, improved efficiency, and reduced waste. Stanley’s commitment to continuous improvement and his ability to anticipate and navigate challenges make him a key pillar of our company.

Debi is a skilled professional manager with over 25 years’ experience in Food Safety, Regulatory Compliance, and Quality Control with proven abilities in all production operations including creating and maintaining HACCP, Food Safety, SQF, and Quality Programs. Since she joined us in Jun 2022, she had built a strong QA team to ensure the food safety of the company in a systematic and ever improving direction. Her roles and contributions in creating product specifications, handling customer complaint investigation, creating employee training and enforcing food safety regulations should also be applauded. Claudia joined The Produce Company with an established career of more than 20 years of fresh produce experience and 13 years of experience in the foodservice industry. Claudia’s career began in the Salinas Valley in the late eighties as part of the accounting department of a produce grower/packer/shipper. It was during this time that she fell in love with the fresh produce industry.
In 1993, she moved from the Salinas Valley back home. This is when she embarked on her sales career in the produce industry, which continues through to the present day. In 2012, Claudia added “restaurant owner” to her resume. Together with her husband Mike, they opened a full-service breakfast and lunch restaurant in Tracy, which is still successfully running to this day. Her passions for recipe development and baking, along with managing social media, have kept her actively involved in the restaurant.
Although the passions she has for the restaurant business are strong, the produce industry called her back in 2023. Claudia returned as the “produce specialist” at a broadline distributor she used for her restaurant, which is where she met Wayman and the rest of the team at The Produce Company.
And, as they say, the rest is history…
Claudia is a mother of twin daughters and one son. She loves spending her free time with her family, their three dogs, and two cats!
Calvin, with over 40 years of dedicated service, has been an integral part of our company’s growth. As one of the pioneers who worked closely with founders Jason and Rose, he played a pivotal role in establishing our strong foundation. His extensive knowledge of the produce industry and reputation as a living encyclopedia of the trade make him invaluable. Having worked in purchasing and operations across various branches of The Produce Company in Seattle, New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Tracy, Calvin brings unmatched expertise to The Produce Company. Each day, he ensures that we begin on the right foot.
Maria joined the company in the 1990’s and her remarkable tenure at the company spans over 30 years.She has contributed significantly across various departments, including production, warehouse, and quality assurance. Maria’s unwavering dedication consistently results in high-quality work. With her experience and versatility, Maria can always seamlessly transition to the positions we needed and consistently address the changing needs of the company. Her expertise extends to a wide range of cutting methods for our extensive product portfolio, and she has been instrumental in training our supervisors. Alongside Calvin, Maria stands as one of our most invaluable assets.
